1. They Exercise. - They exercise even if they only have 10 minutes of their time, it wouldn't hurt your time and your body to stretch out those lazy muscles, awaken all those sleeping fats and turn it into sweats.
4. They work it out - They celebrate success and focus their stress by working it out either at gym or they join outdoors activities e.g hiking, fun run, cycling. They stay active and they find motivation on outdoors.
5. They go out. - They don't just stay inside the house. They go out no matter what. Staying inside makes you spend your time on social medias, sitting, watching movies and eating the whole day. Then suddenly boom you noticed you're gaining weight.
6. They conquer their body. - Acceptance is the key, when you accept your whole self, you will become aware of what's going on with your mind, body and soul. You evaluate yourself, you understand yourself, you work it out and you conquer yourself.
